Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive the successful candidate will lead the people and talent strategy, with a clear focus on organisational design, performance management, learning and development, employer relations, retention and reward. With a remit to facilitate change, drive performance and to raise the profile and reach, you will support the Executive through an embedded structure, coach senior leaders and ensure the business lives by the cultural values it espouses with a clear focus on service excellence.
The successful candidate will be a progressive and talented professional with the strategic capacity and depth of corporate experience to support and coach our client on its journey. With a track record of successfully operating in a complex, multisite environment, candidates must have the ability to balance corporate requirements in pursuing scalability and efficiency, with the needs of its customers and be sufficiently hands on to be relevant.
