We are delighted to be partnering with Exeter & North Devon Colleges Group (ENDC), one of the UK’s leading Further Education College Groups, to appoint a Vice Principal (Campus Lead) - North Devon College. In the last academic year, ENDC supported over 17,500 learners, generated a turnover of £118m and consistently achieved a sustainable surplus that is invested back into sector-leading student experience and teaching and learning. This truly diverse organisation is now seeking an inspirational, visible leader to support North Devon’s learners, community stakeholders and partners.

Reporting to the Group Deputy Chief Executive, you will provide transformational leadership for North Devon College's FE provision. Working as part of ENDC’s Executive Leadership Team, you will provide the bold thinking to ensure the College delivers an exceptional learner experience, outstanding educational outcomes and a curriculum that is ambitious, inclusive, employer-led and aligned to local, regional and emerging skills needs. Your remit is to provide the focus to ensure North Devon College meets the needs of each distinct community, whilst promoting a culture that drives innovation, is inclusive and collaborative and is set within a sustainable growth-oriented structure.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable evidence of leadership and management in a curriculum/quality-focused role within a student-led education establishment (College, Sixth Form or School). You must be an innovative thinker, build relationships with ease and possess the strategic thinking and planning skills to succeed in a constantly evolving and progressive group structure. Additionally, you must have the ability to drive a progressive agenda, be purposeful in approach and work as part of the leadership team that will shape the long-term careers of its learners and the economic growth across North Devon and beyond. Talent, ethos and drive are as important as experience; we need the right person to fit with and complement our exceptional leadership team.
