To help facilitate this agenda, City College Plymouth is seeking an inspirational Director of High Performance, Culture & Belonging, as the College continues to invest and expand to sustainably widen participation.
Reporting to the Chief Executive & Principal, you will work in close partnership with the executive team to align culture, capability and workforce planning with the College's strategic priorities. You will lead an integrated approach to talent development, reward, performance management, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion to ensure staff are equipped with the skills, confidence and support to deliver excellence in learning and student outcomes. The role will lead the College's people-centred strategy by shaping a high-performance, values-driven environment where all staff and students thrive.
To excel in this position, you should bring substantial experience in organisational design, culture development and performance management. Your track record should demonstrate a proven ability to drive change by placing people at the forefront of the College’s development agenda. You must bring senior people leadership experience in a complex, customer-centric environment, a passion for people, an unwavering commitment to excellence and the determination to build an inclusive workforce that delivers a measurable impact.
