To help facilitate this agenda, we are seeking an inspirational finance professional to lead Nescot’s financial, estates and procurement strategies.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance function across the college group, ensuring the financial integrity of the organisation through enhanced business planning, financial control and reporting to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will take functional responsibility the finance, estates and procurement functions with a keen focus on capital expenditure, risk management and compliance, along with the analysis of key management information to further enhance Nescot’s outstanding financial health and estate proposition as the college group expands.
You will be a qualified, commercially orientated finance leader with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex, customer centric environment. With strong technical expertise, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with complex revenue streams and capital management initiatives. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, to shape the strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
