This is an exciting time for a new Chief Executive Principal to work with the Board to deliver on the region’s skills agenda, through inspirational leadership, prudent financial management and an unrelenting focus on learner outcomes. You will lead an experienced senior leadership team, under a unified umbrella to deliver a responsive business model that drives quality and promotes innovation, aligned to the college’s One College, One Future vision. As the lead ambassador for Weymouth & Kingston Maurward College, you will build sustainable relationships across the region with key stakeholders, communities and employer groups to ensure the college remains their partner of choice.
We are seeking to appoint a proven commercially minded leader who is strategic in approach and knows how to deliver change within a fast-moving and complex education environment. You will have learners at the heart of all that you do, with a passion for employability, coupled with the expertise of working with a board and the communication flair to influence, engage and inspire. Your drive, passion and creativity will be motivational, and you will deliver results that drive performance set against the college’s vision.
