TSCG is now seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Principal – Student Support, safeguarding and Inclusion as a key member of their leadership team. In this role, you will lead all aspects of student welfare and support, ensuring an excellent experience for all learners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing student engagement, personal development, careers education and safeguarding. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to help students thrive academically and personally, ensuring high rates of retention, achievement and progression.
As a key strategic leader, you will drive continuous improvement in student performance, meet statutory safeguarding requirements and enhance careers education and work experience opportunities. Your leadership will support vulnerable students and those with additional needs, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will also foster relationships with partners and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding and cohesive regional student support proposition, whilst promoting the wider reputation of the group.
