As the Deputy Principal – Curriculum and Quality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of ECC. Reporting to their new Principal Chief Executive and working closely with the Board, you will lead the development of a diverse educational offer that not only meets the needs of our learners but also enhances ECC's position locally, regionally and nationally. You will have a commitment to continually raising the quality of provision whilst supporting our dedicated staff in delivering innovative teaching and training methods that delivers tangible outcomes for learners. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as the development of state-of-the-art facilities like The Place and the Great Yarmouth Campus transformation.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader with a proven track record in senior management within the Further Education sector. Your passion for raising standards of achievement, coupled with your innovative approach to curriculum design and delivery, will drive their mission of delivering outstanding educational experiences. With strong communication skills and the ability to foster effective partnerships with stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in ensuring ECC's continued success. This is an exceptional role that requires a highly visible and dedicated professional who understands the importance of a community-based college and who is confident in their approach and thinking to lead from the front.
